Mizuno Wave Maverick 4

I'm a big Mizuno fan. Normally I buy the wave riders but wanted a shoe I could alternate so I don't get too dependent on my wave riders. This is an excellent shoe. It has nice cushioning but not overdone. Not quite as much in the arch as the wave rider 7 , but I think I might like that better. I had to go up an extra 1/2 size from my normal running shoes. So I would suggest going up a full size from your street shoes. I have medium to high arches and normal stride. I use them mostly for speed walking, some running and eliptical and tread mill walking. Great shoe!

Good shoes for big 210lbs+, fast runners - Cushioned supportive arch, good fit, definitely for mid to high arches, great breathabilty, great toe off for forefoot strikers. Can't imagine any shoe being any better.
